How you will make your mark:
- Support in the preparation, review, and coordination of contracts, for example service or supply agreements
- Point of contact for internal departments regarding contract-related and legal matters in day-to-day business
- Maintenance and administration of contract documents as well as monitoring of key deadlines and dates
- Collaboration with external law firms and support for management in legal matters
- Early identification of potential risks in contracts and contribution to practical solutions
- Participation in the further development and improvement of internal processes and policies related to contract management
Hard Facts & Soft Skills:
- Completed commercial education (e.g., commercial academy graduate, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Law or Law is an advantage (degree not required)
- Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and initiative
- Excellent communication skills and an open personality
- Willingness to pursue further training and development
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
