How you will make your mark:

• Plan, organize, deliver, or delegate training sessions on energy industry solutions for customers and SKE employees (both online and on-site)
• Engage trainers from the expert pool and provide methodological training – “train-the-trainer” approach
• Create and adapt course materials and training manuals for training sessions
• Develop a new concept (including resource and business plan) for an international training center and lead its implementation as a project
• Manage the Technology Center, including defining the application concept and overseeing its operations
