Be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering impactful training and development programs across multiple countries to support employee growth and align with company goals.

How you will make your Mark:
- Plan, organize, conduct, inspire, and evaluate internal and external SKE training sessions and further education programs
- Develop various career development paths and coordinate them with the respective managers
- Expand the training offerings (including webinars)
- Create and coordinate course materials and training manuals tailored to specific training needs
- Coordinate training sessions and technical experts across 16 countries
- Identify and evaluate training needs
- Promote brand values and company philosophy
Hard Facts & Soft Skills:
- Communicative personality with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with both traditional and modern training methods
- Passion for knowledge sharing and development
- Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint; ideally experience with LMS platforms
- Excellent German and English skills
- Well-organized, structured, and communicative character
