Main liaison for sales in order processing and transportation logistics, ensuring smooth customer relationships, handling scheduling, data management, and administrative tasks, while providing customer support and collaborating closely with the sales team.
SKE is Huawei Value Added Partner. Based in Austria, SKE supplies 16 countries in Europe with smart solar products from Huawei quickly and on time. As a Huawei Value Added Partner and Huawei Service Partner, SKE takes over all sales, service and support activities for Huawei FusionSolar and offers solar solutions for residential, commercial & industrial and utility scale applications.
How you will make your mark:
- Supporting the sales force in customer support and acquisition
- Processing and tracking customer inquiries and orders
- Processing customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Monitoring the entire order process to ensure on-time deliveries
- Coordination of delivery dates and complaint processing
- Preparation of offers and processing of delivery notes and invoices
- Maintaining and updating customer master data in the CRM system
- Communication and coordination with internal departments such as Finance and Logistics
- General administrative activities in the sales area
Hard Facts & Soft Skills:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in internal sales, order processing or a similar position
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
- Teamwork, reliability and a customer-oriented way of working
- Negotiation skills and enjoyment of dealing with customers
- Fluent German and English are a must

- Attractive monthly salary starting from €3,200.00 gross (full-time). The actual remuneration – depending on your experience and qualifications – we will be happy to discuss with you personally.
