How you will make your mark:
- Leadership and development of the marketing team on an international level
- Planning and implementation of the marketing strategy in alignment with the overall corporate strategy
- Responsibility for corporate communication and corporate design
- Online and offline marketing activities
- Development of country- or region-specific marketing plans in coordination with local sales teams
- Conception and execution of campaigns, major trade fairs, and events
- Management of the corporate website and social media channels
- Creation of marketing materials and sales collateral
- Coordination of agencies, service providers, and partners
- Close collaboration with regional partner companies
- Analysis and reporting of marketing activities and KPIs
- Management and continuous development of the CRM system
- Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all markets
- Internal coordination and further development of the company through targeted marketing initiatives
- Budget planning and management at group and country level
Hard Facts & Soft Skills:
- Several years of professional experience in operational marketing
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content management
- Structured, strategic, and creative approach to work
- Hands-on mentality, strong organizational skills, and high level of initiative
- Enthusiasm for project implementation and attention to detail
- Good command of English; additional European languages are an advantage
