How you will make your Mark:
- Support of the CTO in all organizational, administrative, and content-related matters regarding business management topics and projects
- Partner interface communication: International communication with the service team contact persons of our partner Huawei, including implementation of the resulting tasks in collaboration with the respective subject matter experts
- Participation in and leadership of internal company projects
- Research and preparation of information and decision-making materials
- Diligent creation of presentations and documentation
- Interface function within a technical team covering various areas
- Planning, organization, and execution of training events and sessions, both digital and on-site at headquarters
- Planning, organization, and execution of workshops and team events
Hard Facts & Soft Skills:
- Trusted and competent partner for our CTO and all team members
- Experience in project management (a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external
- Open-minded personality, solution-oriented and structured
- Curiosity and/or expertise in the field of renewable energy / photovoltaics
- German and English language skills at B2 level required
