How you will make your mark:
- Supporting management and internal departments in clarifying legal issues about contracts
- Reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts with customers, suppliers and partners
- Development, implementation and monitoring of compliance guidelines and processes
- Processing and negotiating insurance contracts and managing the company’s insurance portfolio
- Identifying and assessing legal and insurance-related risks; developing suitable measures to minimise risks
- Liaising with external law firms and advising management on legal issues
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining and updating contractual documentation and monitoring contractual deadlines and agreements
Hard Facts & Soft Skills:
- Completed studies in Law
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with a focus on compliance and insurance law
- Sound knowledge of contract law, commercial law and compliance requirements
- Analytical and solution-orientated way of working, combined with a high level of responsibility
- Business fluent in German and English
- Strong communication and advisory skills with a solution-orientated and team-oriented way of working
