We also process data that applicants provide to us via this website.

We process the following categories of data: Surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and all data that applicants provide to us in their CVs and other documents (e.g. letters of motivation).

The aforementioned data will be processed by us for the following purposes: Processing of the application and (potential) initiation of an employment contract.

Recipients of the personal data

We may transfer application data to the following categories of recipients: Group companies of the SKE Group (e.g. SKE Holding GmbH, SKE Engineering GmbH, SKE Engineering Ltd., SKE Solar Inverters S.R.L.). In this context, external service companies, such as external data centres or telecommunications providers, process personal data on our behalf as processors.

Under certain circumstances, we pass on personal data to authorities, courts and/or persons who are professionally bound to secrecy, such as lawyers, tax consultants or accountants.

Data transfer to third countries

Your data is also processed, at least in part, outside the EU or the EEA, specifically in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, China, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Duration of storage

Data from an application is generally stored for seven days and then automatically deleted. If the application data is still required to process the application and initiate an employment contract, it will be stored until final notice of rejection is given by the applicant or us or for the duration of an employment relationship entered into on the basis of the application. If the applicant expressly consents to the keeping of records, we shall store the application data for a period of twelve months in any case.
